I had my first scan back in February. I had a twisted spine and back pains. Fast forward three months later and I had my second scan. The difference is night and day, it's amazing how better my back feels. I genuinely have more energy, feel looser and don't suffer from any pains. I feel very welcome and enjoy have a chat with both Jo and Caroline at the end of my adjustments. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and therapeutic. I honestly couldn't say a bad word and I couldn't recommend enough.

Have been getting treatment from Jo for the last few months for neck & back problems. I can honestly say that the difference it has made is fantastic. I have also noticed that I'm falling asleep earlier & having longer periods of sleep. When I awake I feel more alert. Also Jo has got me to make slight changes in my life which to me sounded very basic but the difference it has made has been so beneficial. Also as a side note the atmosphere is so relaxed, it's a nice environment to be in.
